Every Friday evening, we do the Sadhana of Avalokiteshvara.
Through singing, visualization, recitation of the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum and meditation, we cultivate the great compassion and wisdom of all Buddhas and our own nature. This is embodied by the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, also known as Chenrezig in Tibetan and Guanyin in Chinese.

Even taking precautions is also a practice.
But practice that too like playing music.
